We started to serve a new PIZZA... 90% eat only our PIZZA... what is new with PIZZA you should ask now...
The Tomato sauce?
The Cheese is good, it is 100% Mozzarella ( Nothing new, just good.
The Tomato Sauce have developed during 30 years, and yes it is good or perfect, but it is still just a Tomato Sauce.
YES, that is what makes the PIZZA good or bad, or am I wrong?
So what is so special with this dough? And why haven´t you heard about it before?
because we didn´t tell anyone you can prepare it at home in a domestic oven.
