But you also need the best team in that company. I'm in GBG and personally under Kelly Reese.

That's the hard part...that person is going to be difficult to find.

It's not going to be a big pin in the company.... it's going to be the Next Big Pin.
A future builder.
That's the only way you'll ever get that spillover that's available in the GBG pay plan.

The mistake that most people make is to enroll under just anyone... My advice is to do your home work.

So how many have you spilled on what type of organizational configuration in what amount of time... or are you just sitting back and collecting yours? How many of those are actually fulfilling their monthly commitment and producing any volume?

my advice to boil it down to a few simple words is that not only you need a great company more importantly you must know and understand how to market effectively on the internet by using cutting edge technology so basically every business online needs lead generation in order for it to have a chance at being successful and prosperous keep learning keep growing keep achieving great things

Lori, your in Melaleuca, correct? I guess you haven't reached Senior Director yet or you would know that you can't do another MLM company.... (Please don't tell me that Melaleuca is a "Consumer Direct" company and not an MLM...)

You also can't do anything as far as selling leads as your trying to do with this lead business that your now doing.
It's called "The selling of tools" It's what gave Amway it's bad name and Mela will jump on your bones for that.

I know this new lead company and they promote by offering "100 free leads" (Opportunity Seeker type leads)
Trouble is they give no Time/Date stamps with those leads making them dangerous and possiblly illegal to use.

Besides, buying leads is just very old hat.

This industry takes time, isn't overnight, and requires you to brand your doggon self! Make up in your mind that whether your upline helps you or not, you have all the latest and greatest gadgets or not, or 100 people tell you NO! You are going to continue working towards your goals!

I can tell you that a crap upline has been the best thing that ever happened in my business. (When I started I didn't think so) But, it made me do the research/work all on my own, find my own ways of doing things. I may not have had the success I am achieving at present, if I had been fed old ideas and approaches from my upline.
I can now give my downline great ideas on marketing and prospecting that I KNOW work, not processes that occasianally get "lucky".
So my point is don't rely on your upline anyway, be resourceful and determined and you will get the results.

We need to get our leads comming to us on a daily basis.

We need to get paid while doing the above.

We only need the serious business builders.

My main personal website called a nervecenter is the one site I am driving targeted traffic too.

It is the working way.

When you got a website that has nothing to do with you and what you can do for the prospects you loose a lot more than you think mainly the human aspect of building a business.

One of the main reasons for a 95% failure rate is the fact that people who are interested do not understand what it takes to build a business and do not know how to market. Some MLM companies do not teach the current working methods.

Targetted traffic is useless if you don't know what to do with it and in MLM one of the major things you got to have to be effecient is a personal website that teaches prospects what it takes to make an MLM succesful.This is not hard to do in todays world.

One important thing is the ownership of the leads. If the MLM company shut down the doors would the leads be yours?

That's why it is crusially important to collect the contact of your leads before they get in business with you.

Having a great company or compensation plan is nice but should not be your primary concern. You want other networkers to join you not your company. You will have a much easier time convincing someone to join you. That way you have only people who are looking to work with you in growing your business instead of just thinking about products they won't always need and casue them to leave your downline.

You can have everything, but if you don't have a funnel system to get your prospects through and convert them, you might as well throw sand at the wall!

Thats great if you have a great company with a great product... But most importantly its all about getting leads and traffic...we are talking online of course...offline marketing I left that world a long time ago...if you like having home meetings, hotel meetings, and pitching your great opportunity to everyone you see or smell..Thats up to you... The online business is the way I prefer to go...back to traffic and leads... if you have no clue of marketing online do your research on that first before you choose a company,There is so many ways to market online per example article marketing co-ops ppc facebook marketing, , newletter marketing, video marketing, content marketing and on and on the list go.. It really isn't that hard you just have to stay focus and choose your path.....One of my favorite way is blogging....which helps you establish yourself and build your presents online....More insight is given here to Empower yourself....But fair WARNING!!
