A few other things I would like to mention is

-Magnets
You can leave magnets anywhere
Also get some car magnets that will stick on to the sides and back of your car, like flyers keep them short and sweet
Have your website posted on the car magnets
Think of car magnets as basically your own personal cheap billboard.

-Radio Ads
If you can afford radio ads it can drive some insane traffic to your business

Yes, offline advertising is alive and well. I like to use:

1. Mailed newsletters
2. Postcards
3. Yard signs
4. Bumper stickers
5. Drop Cards
6. Flyers
7. Business Cards
8. Clothing
9. Pinback button

And whatever else I can think of. The online world is crowded and competitive, but offline advertising is alive and well.
