We all know a quick start is almostmandatory for lasting participation. The informed distributor is your most valuableasset! Corporate trainers or a top distributor can lead these sessions. Trainingshould be separated into sections: (examples) - Early call: “The Fundamentals” – how to fill out paperwork; reading your genealogy; who to contact concerning different items; anything to do with enrollment and paperwork.
- Next call: “The Products: - what you sell; how to use it; what goes into making it; a briefing on all the things that make the agents money.
- Next: “The Money” – how to recruit; how to explain the compensation plan; how to motivate and bring more people into your business.
