| There are several subjects that need to be included as part of your training material. Among others, these include product training, recruiting, and motivation. You will be more successful by creating targeted, succinct training modules than you will be trying to jam all material into one large “tell all” session. The best approach is to outline on paper the material that you believe needs to be provided. Take that outline and look for natural subject breaks that allow you to present subjects in 35 minutes or less. As mentioned above, look at what specific information in each of those modules needs to be developed for the new MLM recruit and what material needs to be created for the experienced associate.
