If every time you need to train a new group of distributors, you go through a process of creating new subject matter, new concepts, and new hand-out material, training quickly becomes an expensive and time-consuming process.

If on the other hand, you develop materials and training modules with the approach that your content will have a minimum useful life of at least one year; and will be applicable to the new distributor you bring on board today, as well as the new distributor you recruit 6-9 months from now, you will find that your initial investment in the development of training material is one that will be well worth the effort.
