"Teamwork Makes the Dream Work"
Originally from New York City, Larease Rivers has called Atlanta, GA home for the past 11 years. She and her sister, Christine Hill, own RiverHill Healthcare Solutions, a supplemental nurse staffing agency that employs Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants. It has been their dream to create this agency which provides assistance to various medical facilities throughout the Atlanta area, with future plans to implement a traveling nurses division.
Larease joined YTB in November, 2004 and currently has over 700 team members. She states, "I have an awesome group of team members who are committed to YTB and to helping others achieve their financial goals. One of YTB’s goals is to create more millionaires than any other company in the world. I am convinced 100% that YTB will also make my dream of becoming a millionaire a reality."

The fabulous, fearless leader Melissa Boston! Melissa and I shared one common goal, to reach the top, and assist everyone in our organization to reach their goals. We spend many late nights strategizing on what it would take to help everyone get to the next level. What kind of response do you get from new prospects? The beauty of this business is that everyone loves to travel. So the response is always the same, ‘This is too good to be true.’ I simply show them the truth!
Do you host any special events (vacation parties, opportunity meetings, etc.) to build your team? The Ladies of Team Vision host two meetings per week. Over the past year we have experienced tremendous growth. Beginning with 5-10 guests, each meeting now hosts 200-300 guests. What a difference a year makes! YTB is definitely the right place at the right time, which is NOW! In addition, we also host various Grand Openings / Travel Parties for our team members every day, throughout the United States. All the leaders in the Ladies Of Team Vision have all stepped up to the plate, and have mastered the art of duplicating. This is the key-contributing factor in building a successful network marketing organization and team.
Any insights or helpful hints you would like to pass along to others? Desire comes from within! Larease shares her experiences and struggles: "YTB has truly changed my life! Prior to YTB entering my life I was a struggling entrepreneur, looking to end the financial warfare that consumed me everyday. I never lost sight and vision of my dreams and passions, because I believed I was destined for something greater. The one thing I knew for certain was that I did not want to work for anyone ever again. However, I knew that a radical change had to happen to change my circumstances; I could no longer continue to build an empire in a continuous financial deficit. My spirit was broken, my bank account was empty, my reservoir of solutions was empty. I was an entrepreneur struggling to build a dream with clear vision, but no means to ending the challenges that held me hostage daily. I was broken! But then a miracle happened! YTB came into my life, and every door of adversity began to close, news doors of hope opened, and an opportunity arrived that enabled me to now continue to live my dreams and build my empire, without worrying about where I should turn; because now I was able to turn to and depend on YTB.
