My team stepped up and are now hosting the first regular AGEL ABB IN NEW JERSEY!

This is actually a huge move. New Jersey has the largest population per square mile of any state in the union and the ABB won't be at just any venue. Nope, my team recognized the importance of first impressions as well as the magnitude of what we are holding in our hands. So they will be having it at the finest hotel north of Atlantic City...The Sheraton Tara.

Cool, so their holding a meeting? Or is it like a corporate event? Is this an exclusive thing? What qualifications does one have to have to host an ABB. Is it a level they attained? I want to be excited for you! LOL So do tell more....

Cheers,
Shelley

Hi Shelley,

Thanks for the warm wishes. It's all part of the Agel building structure.

PBR's and ABB's are sponsored by the field. Though they are not corporate events, corporate does come out to support them on a regular basis.

First, the PBR (Personal Business Reception) is basically a way for the new team member to introduce Agel to his/her warm market in a very casual atmosphere. This is done until the market in question has enough team members to start an ABB (Agel Business Briefing).

These are extremely coordinated events. Yes, it can be compared to your standard hotel opportunity meetings except that Agel (and especially Randy's A-team) has a precise protocol for them.

You would be amazed at the details right down to the type of music played and the volume it is played at during various intervals of people getting ready for the meeting to begin, dress code, the temp of the room, and the number of chairs put out., greeters at the door... it's all in a training manual we have on our team site. It's the opposite of the PBR. But these techniques have been so effective that it's a major reason why Agel has grown so much in the past year and a half. It just works.

Now normally these briefings are held by high-level leaders. But since we don't have any high level leaders in that market atm, Eric Worre encourages those who need an ABB in their market to become the leaders they are looking for and get the ABB's going themselves.

That's why I am proud. These two guys are Managers which is the first rank and they have stepped up to the challenge and are doing this in the best place they could find. I have to admit that I got a queasy feeling in my stomach when they told me this is where they were holding it because I know that place isn't cheap.

Once they build an ABB to a certain level of attendance, Randy, Eric, Agel Corporate, other Diamond Directors will come out as featured speakers. But until then, it's a building process. But the ABB is central part of the market infrustructure and without it, it's hard to own that market.

The faith they have in this opportunity is inspiring to me and I am sure they are going take it all the way.

oh yes.... it's open to the public. guests FREE, team members pay a nominal fee to help support the cost of the room.

Bob That's wonderful! The key to LONG term residual income, and the ultimate network marketing success is not distributor duplication, it is leadership duplication. It sounds like you are well on your way Bob. I know that "proud" feeling. It is my favorite feeling in the world and reminds me why I am here in network marketing.

This thread tells me what KIND of a leader you are Bob. When developing a leader feels like watching your child take her first steps, you know you are with someone who is making money WITH people not despite them.

I admire you. Keep duplicating. If I've learned anything these past few months it's that this industry could use more Bob Gallo's!

Cheers,
Shelley

Wow Shelley,

I'm speechless. What great things to say. A post like this coming from someone of your stature in this industry is priceless and means more to me than you can possibly imagine.
