This is how $250,000 MLM Businesses are built fast... Or at least how a hand full of smart direct marketers make that kind of income selling MLM'ers (a hungry crowd) the food (dreams) they want to buy. And the authors really do deliver a lot of good useful information for Network Marketing. MS is like Tony Rush in another post on the subject said… a good read for a lot of MLM’ers who simply haven’t been exposed to the concepts of “Funded Proposals” or selling picks and shovels to the Gold Diggers. You have to admit that is exactly what some of the biggest names in NWM do when they lead with their books, tapes and seminars. They don’t mention any MLM company name until you drag it out of them. Most of the ideas in the MS book came from my buddy “Joe Schroeder” see Joe’s blog at: http://www.bigactionmedia.net/blogs/ Joe capitalized on a spoof of the “Dead Doctors Don’t Lie” audio back in the mid 1990’s when that tape was still Hot. Joe was the first person to put together an automated recruiting system by blending together voice mail and instant Fax Back technology. Joe ran a little ad in USA Today that said… “Dead Downlines Don’t Lie – Call my 3 minute 24/7 recorded info line at 1-800-555-XXXX before your upline does”. The callers got 3 minutes of Joe’s wit and wisdom and a prompt to call a Free 45 minute recorded training call for more Free Training by Joe. At the end of that call Joe told them that if they liked his free training he would send them a book and 2 audio tapes for just $9.95 To get the order form for the book / tapes and to get 3 more FREE TRAINING REPORTS from Joe just call 1-555-555-5555 from any Fax Machine and enter your fax number at the prompt. This little Gem of an Idea was the seed that enabled Joe to prospect for free. The profits on the sales of the books and audios meant Joe’s advertising was no longer an expense. Most MLM newbies go broke trying to advertise their MLM deal. Joe taught people to sell his generic books and tapes first. Those little mail order sales of generic training materials put money into the newbies pockets a lot faster than most MLM’s could. The book and tapes educated and trained prospects for you and many of them would ask you what program you did and some would join you. The profits enable Joe to place even bigger full page ads in the MLM / Income opp mags. You may remember seeing some of them… they featured a photo of a guy wearing a bag over his head. The headlines went something like… Discover How A New Jersey Truck Driver Built A $250,000 Per Month MLM Biz! Maybe you‘ve seen Joe’s old MLMBigFish site. It used to tick off a lot of heavy MLM hitters. But it made Joe a lot of money and helped him recruit a ton of people into his ForMor MLM Program. Joe put together a $199.00 “Speed Enrollers” course that doubled as a “Funded Proposal” I bought it and am still an affiliate. But $199 is a bit steep for a lot of newbies. MS is kind of a distilled down version of Joe’s “Speed Enerollers”. Much more affordable for someone just starting out and testing the waters. Mike Dillard the author of MS says he is a big believer in teaching “Unified Training System” which is an idea originated by Dale Calvert. For $33 it is an excellent investment for ones library. I bought a copy a month ago and have already earn several times that amount back sending people to: http://www.ExplodeYourDownline.com The book is worth every cent but I think I may stop promoting it and switch back to Joe's $199 Speed Enrollers course. The higher price will do a better job of disqualifing the people who MLM is not a macth for leaving you with higher quality prospects plus only a few people are Speed Enrollers versus Thousands of Magnetic Sponsoring promoters. Of course to someone who has been around the block a few times… you may not agree this info should be taught to newbies.... One of the great things about promoting my business, which has a $1295 minimum entry is that you DO eliminate most of the tire kickers and you are left with people who's mindset allows them to think beyond the box and those who have creative minds who KNOW they can find the money if they do not have it. Joe isn't actively promoting Speed Enrollers or Chaos II Cash anymore and has moved onto promoting Leads with Big Action Media. So I doubt you'll be able to get a copy. I did and his training is no.1 without a doubt because it makes so much sense and works if you work it. |

shhelley btw im back from my residential mcse course till 31st back to question and yes i loved mlm big fish and sent joe a private email but im suspicious of anybody who promotes his stuff after my jason clark exp i noticed joe's mlm bigfish site had gone so searched his name in google and it came to a site anyway to keep a long story short this website said if i replied id get a free cd , so i did , that night i got a call i was busy then the next night i got a call from jason asking me to jump thru hoops to get this cd which is exactly the opposite of what joe says he does in his articles which again jason put his name to so not only was jason putting his name to these articles but also not doing what they said to do joe is not one who makes u jump thru hoops hes a very nice man i think his rep has been hurt by people in my book who align themselves with him as and when its convenient for them ps thats how i feel sorry ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by Davidlee38 at Oct 21, 2005 3:39:16 PM] |

Hi Shelly, I'm a straight shooter and I call it as I see it. You won't get any PC talk from me. Just my honest opinions. I'm the real deal... so is Joe. If he has a problem with me being real... I'm sure enough people here will be crying to him that I'm giving him a bad rap. Oh well. If you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen right? And if you’re afraid to speak the truth because it may seem a little too crass... I feel sorry for you. But you get an A+ in my book for sensitivity! You may not like being looked at as a lead but that's just marketing talk. Are you in the business of marketing or not? Should you use another word in place of leads? Hi Steve - I haven't looked into this conversation between you and Shelly so I don't know what that's about, what I do know is that sweet talking or sugar coating rather than taking some kind of risk of ticking off people doesn't count much here for most people. None of us consider ourselves that important to have to consider such things. To put it another way, people post here with whatever agenda's they bring along with them and most just post passing thoughts about whatever is on their mind. Shelley does that, Deb and Jay do that, Gery, Warren and Rus do that, Debbi and Christine do that, Old Guy, George, Suzanne - there are many I've left off the list - just post what's on their minds and it's their honesty and genuine willingness to be themselves that make their posts attractive to read. Again, I haven't looked at the conversation between you and Shelley - these are just some things I've observed hanging out here. The best to you. |

I don't quite agree that Dale Calvert originated the idea of a "Unified Training System". The idea of everyone using the same system where you simply "plug into" a standardized system far outdates Dale Calvert. He might have come up with the phrase itself: "unified training system".
