If the original item that you are returning is no longer available, it may be replaced with your choice of any item of equal or greater value. For items of greater value, the difference in the retail price and sales tax will be charged. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, tarnish, or misuse. Refunds are not given for damaged items. Shipping and handling are not refundable. If a returned item is deemed not defective as covered under this warranty then it will be returned with a letter of explanation.
