Bob Hipple’s direct sales industry experience spans over 30+ years as a distributor, keynote speaker, company executive and business consultant. He built a sales organization for thirteen years in the financial services industry with Primerica, . In 1996 he left the field to enter the corporate side of the direct sales industry where he was the Vice President of Sales for two of the largest direct sales technology companies. From 2008-2010 he was the VP of Sales for Scentsy,, during their early massive growth period. Bob has served on the Education Committee for the Direct Selling Association and been a speaker at numerous DSA events ( He was a co-founder of Perfectly
Posh,, a party plan company that sales personal care products. He was the CEO of Damsel in Defense until 2017 when he left to serve an eighteen month mission with his wife for their church.

His focus in direct sales consulting is:
• Compensation plan design
• Guiding new direct sales companies thru the start-up and launch phases
• Helping companies grow once they have slowed down
• Assisting in the selection of direct sales technology
