Technology Trainer, Entrepreneur & Success Coach

I love technology of all kinds.  My specialty is helping people get the most productivity and usefulness out of their technology.  I do that through consulting, training and speaking with businesses and individuals.  I translate complex technical topics into everyday language. 

For example, I help businesses use technology to get their clients to love them more than they already do, to get more referrals than they ever thought possible, and to flat-out dominate their competition. 

I also help people and companies strategize the implementation of new technologies.  For example, I helped a college radio station completely rebuild their studios for modern IP-based solutions. 

And, I help individuals and small businesses get started on the internet with WordPress blogs. 

For fun, I host a weekly radio show called “Sunday Matinee” on WRUW-FM 91.1, a radio station in Cleveland, Ohio.  I also am very active in Toastmasters International and my local Chamber of Commerce.
