Working with Five Generations in the Workplace

When I think about five generations, I automatically think of a picture taken shortly after my son was born. In it was my Great Grandpa, my Grandpa, my Father, myself and my son. Five generations! That’s incredible! Not often do we think about five generations in the terms of working alongside five different generations. However, that is quickly becoming the new reality. Along with all of the really great benefits of having such a diverse work environment, there are also many new challenges that will quickly arise. So, what will it be like, trying to mesh five different generations?
